The amount given in excess of income by the Foundation represented more than 25% of the Foundation's net assets of $347,960 (as measured by fair market value) at the beginning of the Foundation's taxable year ending March 31, 2018. Although the Foundation technically experienced a "substantial contraction", it will continue in existence.
