BE A LONG TERM RESIDENT OF SANTA BARBARA, VENTURA, OR SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTIES, CA. 5. BE AMBULATORY AT ADMISSION TO THE RESIDENCY (RCFE) PROGRAM. 6. NOT BE AN INSULIN-DEPENDENT DIABETIC (DUE TO RCFE LIMITATIONS). 7. MUST EITHER HAVE A SPONSORING FAMILY MEMBER OR COURT-APPOINTED LEGAL GUARDIAN OR COURT-APPOINTED LEGAL CONSERVATOR (NOT SIMPLY ONE WHO HOLDS POWER OF ATTORNEY-RELATED DOCUMENTS).
