The Foundation Financial Assistance Application may be obtained by contacting the Foundation at berakah@diani.com.The form of application may be in a written or email reply, that includes all the relevant requested information. The short form application asks for basic contact information from the applicant, along with a description of how the funds will be used and how the funds will enhance the applicant's ability to promote Christian Biblical principles.The Foundation may request additional information from it's long-form application, including but not limited to, applicants tax-exempt status verification, organizing documents, program/project budget, organizations financial statements, and other relevant information.
Restrictions
The following assistance criteria must be present in application for consideration: The promotion of Christian Biblical principals is essential. Organizational financial accountability is essential. One-time and partial financial assistance is preferred. Programs that collaborate and partner with other organizations are preferred. Programs that provide a service(s) not already existing and/or available are preferred. Programs that provide a service(s) on an unrestricted basis are preferred. Programs with a diversity of support are preferred.Non-Complying Types of Requests: Requests not in writing. Requests not submitted on the appropriate application form. Requests from organizations that are not tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3). Requests from individuals. Requests for debt reduction. Requests for assistance in contests, raffles, or any prize-oriented activity.
