How to Apply THERE IS NO APPLICATION PROCESS, HOWEVER, THE FOUNDATION ACCEPTS GRANT PROPOSALS.
Restrictions APPLICANTS ARE RESTRICTED TO QUALIFIED NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS (CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS) THAT SUPPORT YOUTH AND EDUCATION; ESPECIALLY THOSE FROM A DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUND, THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTHCARE, AND ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION.ALL GRANT PROPOSALS WILL SPECIFY THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FOUNDATION AND THOSE OF THE GRANTEE, OBLIGATES THE GRANTEE TO USE THE GRANT FUNDS ONLY FOR THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE GRANT WAS MADE, PROVIDES FOR PERIODIC WRITTEN REPORTS CONCERNING THE USE OF GRANT FUNDS, REQUIRES A FINAL WRITTEN REPORT AND AN ACCOUNTING OF HOW GRANT FUNDS WERE USED, AND ACKNOWLEDGES THE FOUNDATION'S AUTHORITY TO WITHHOLD OR RECOVER GRANT FUNDS IN CASE SUCH FUNDS, ARE, OR APPEAR TO BE, MISUSED. THE FOUNDATION, ACTING EITHER THROUGH ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OR THROUGH OTHERS RETAINED BY THE FOUNDATION, WILL EVALUATE EACH GRANT SEPARATELY TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT OF THE OVERSIGHT PROCEDURES REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT THE PURPOSE IS FULFILLED.
