A special board meeting was called December 28 2024. Chairman called this special meeting of the Piscine Project Board of Directors to discuss and vote on the dissolution of the Piscine Project Inc. foundation. A motion was made to dissolve the Piscine foundation. There was a second. It was stated that there was no Foundation revenue since February 2021 and no revenue prospects for the future. After payment of a $362.20 invoice from Luna Tech Inc. covering tax software closing fees closing management fees and any other miscellaneous costs related to dissolution the fund will have no liabilities. After making a grant of $1,000.00 to the First Baptist Church Educational Scholarship Fund the fund will have no assets and the checking account will be closed. No additional liabilities or creditors to the project are anticipated. There are no future obligations tor grants. The vote was called and passed unanimously.
