It is a related party with respect to American Bully Breed Rescue Foundation, as they have a common board of directors. The distributions were made to help Luv-A-Bull Pit Bull Rescue accomplish its mission of rescuing and re-homing dogs, providing sanctuary to animals, and providing spay and neutering services for dogs and cats in their foster program. However, Luv-A-Bull Pit Bull Rescue is under no obligation to use the funds in a manner that will directly benefit American Bully Breed Rescue Foundation.
