APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED TO ELIGIBLE RECIPIENTS BY THE TRUSTEE
Restrictions
The Trust has a close connection with St. Peters Academy in River Edge, New Jersey because attendance at such school and/or graduation from such school is required to become eligible for a scholarship award.The purpose of the scholarships is to fulfill the terms of the Will of Frank J. Langer and to further the education of eligible recipients by subsidizing the educational costs of such recipients. The amounts of the awards are described in the Will at Article Second, as follows:(a)Each year up to five (5) scholarships, in the amount of $2,000.00 each, will be awarded to selected students who are enrolled in St. Peter the Apostle School, or St. Peters Academy, in River Edge, New Jersey.(b)Each year up to five (5) scholarships, in the amount of $5,000.00 each, will be awarded to selected students who have graduated from St. Peter the Apostle School, in River Edge, New Jersey, and who are now enrolled in any private parochial school.(c)Each year up to five (5) scholarships, in the amoun
