About

THE FOUNDATION OPERATED UNDER THE NOTION THAT EXTENSIONS WERE PROPERLY FILED ON TIME FOR BOTH THE 990T AND 990PF BY THE THIRD PARTY ACCOUNTING FIRM AS USUALLY IS DONE. RECEIVING THE NOTICE OF NON-FILING GAVE LIGHT THAT THE EXTENSIONS WERE NOT ACCEPTED BY THE IRS AND THIS WAS NOT KNOWN. THE FOUNDATION IS UNABLE TO FILE ITS RETURNS UNTIL ALL DOCUMENTS ARE AVAILABLE IN OCTOBER WHEN IT RECEIVES K1S FROM VARIOUS QUALIFIED PARTNERSHIP INTERESTS. AN EXTENSION PAYMENT WAS ALSO MADE BY 5/15/2025 FOR 2024 WHICH SHOULD SERVE AS NOTICE OF REQUEST OF EXTENSION. THE FOUNDATION HAS TAKEN CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TO ENSURE FUTURE EXTENSIONS ARE MADE AND ACCEPTED BEFORE ASSUMING THEY WERE NOT REJECTED PREVIOUSLY.
