Restrictions Eligibility for the scholarship awards are limited to children of eligible employees for CSW Industrials. An employee of CSW is considered to be an eligible employee if he or she is an active, full-time, non-union employee who has been employed by CSWI or any affiliate for at least one year. Eligible children include any child who is related to an eligible employee such as a son, daughter, stepchild, or foster child; and who has lived with an eligible employee for at least half of the year.
