In response to the tragic shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School (MSD) in Parkland, Florida, the Mednax Supporting Students Foundation has developed a scholarship program for MSD graduating seniors. See the attached scholarship application for criteria that applicants must meet to qualify for this scholarship. The organization may develop additional grant or scholarship programs in the future. These programs will be focused on students and schools that have experienced a tragic situation. EACH grant or scholarship WILL CARRY ITS OWN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA, BUT WILL GENERALLY BE BASED ON LEADERSHIP, ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE, COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND FINANCIAL NEED.
