Deadlines Qualifying events must have occurred no more than six months prior to the date of a request.

How to Apply To request a donation from the TKCares fund, an employee should submit the TKCares Request Form. The request will be reviewed by the TKCares Review Committee, and the employee will be notified as soon as practicable of the decision. If approved, the employee must provide additional documentation including: 1) Documentation to substantiate the need for funds. The type of documentation is dependent on the individual circumstances of each application. 2) Form W-9. 3) Direct deposit authorization.

Restrictions To be eligible an employee must have a qualifying event. They are typically unexpected or unavoidable circumstances that create financial hardship. The fund will provide up to $2,500.00 per qualifying event, with a maximum of one grant per family household per calendar year.
