How to Apply
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST INCLUDE AN EXPLANATION OF HOW THE PROJECT IS CONNECTED TO THE MISSION STATEMENT OF ALLSUP FAMILY CHARITABLE FOUNDATION. PROPOSALS MUST CONTAIN A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT INCLUDING A STATEMENT OF THE NEED, SPECIFIC PROJECT COMPONENTS, LOGISTICS, GOALS, PROJECTED BENEFITS OR NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO BE AFFECTED, AND PLANS FOR EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROJECT. THE EXEMPTION LETTER AND MOST RECENT IRS FORM 990 ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED. APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED A MINIMUM OF FOUR MONTHS BEFORE FUNDS ARE REQUIRED.

THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE (I) EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, (II) DESCRIBED IN SECTION 170(B)(1)(A)(I)-(VI) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR (III) DESCRIBED IN SECTION 511(A)(2)(B) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE FOUNDATION DOES NOT SUPPORT LOBBYING OR POLITICAL CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES OF ANY KIND.
