THE FOUNDATION BOARD HAD DISCUSSED THE POSSIBILITY OF CLOSING THE FOUNDATION, AND THEREFORE DISTRIBUTED THE BALANCE IN THEIR CHECKING ACCOUNT BY THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR COVERED IN THIS TAX RETURN. HOWEVER, IT WAS LATER DECIDED TO KEEP THE FOUNDATION OPEN AND IT WAS RE-FUNDED IN THE SUBSEQUENT FISCAL YEAR. THE DISTRIBUTIONS MADE DURING THE FISCAL YEAR WERE FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, WITH A MAJORITY OF THE PAYMENTS BEING CONTRIBUTIONS PAID TO ELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS. SEE PART I AND PART XIV FOR THE DETAIL OF THE DISTRIBUTIONS.
