Must be at least 21 years old Must be a U.S. citizen Must agree to allow the Mariposa Foundation to conduct a background check to verify applicants identity Must use the Mariposa Foundation Grant Application which is available on this webpage see DOWNLOAD button below; substitutes will not be accepted Must provide a compelling justification for the grant by explaining the proposed plan to include specifying the proposed education and training program or activity and how it aligns with applicants long-term goal pathway Mariposa Foundation grants can only be used for education and training programs and activities conducted within the United States and the program or activity must be completed by the end of the following calendar year in which the grant is received Must not have received a previous Mariposa Foundation grant
