The extension was prepared for efile on May 15,2025 but it was inadvertantly not processed. This Foundation was originally created as a trust in 1979. Then converted to corporation in 2019.Every year as I recall was automaticly extended for 6 months. The President had a stoke and the Treasurers husband became chronically ill and crippled in 2025. The Board should be back in sync for 2025 filings and ongoing as well. This has been a tough, unusual couple of years. Please consider waiving penalties.
