The application must include the following: an official transcript resume two recommendation letters a completed application form with required signatures and an essay of approximately 300 words.
Restrictions
Four-year scholarships in the amount of $800 per semester will be considered provided the following eligibility requirements have been met: Available to active members receiving service from Penasco Valley Telephone Cooperative Inc. and their immediate family who has had at least two months of active service and are in good standing. High school seniors current college students and returning adult students may apply. The initial scholarship award of $800 will be made available prior to the beginning of the first semester. Each consecutive semester thereafter the student must present to the Education Foundation a grade report from the school certifying that the student carried at least twelve hours each semester. The maximum scholarship amount any student may receive is limited to $6,000.
