NONPROFITS PROVIDE THEIR MISSION, FUNDING NEED, PROGRAM OUTCOMES, AND BUDGET INFORMATION. OUR BOARD THEN REVIEWS ALL APPLICATIONS AND VOTES ON EACH ONE.
