The Foundation plans to add three key personnel in 2024 to expand its Smart Families program. Their salaries will range from $60k-100k, for a total cost of $250,000 in 2024. The project will not be completed before the end of 2023. See attached for a statement showing the distributable amounts and actual payments made in cash under Sec. 4942(d) for the foundation's start-up and full-payment periods. These new employees will allow the Foundation to add 18 schools to its program, for a total of 40-50 schools. Smart Families develops programs for school communities free of charge to educate, empower, and affirm community members to adopt new community norms around technology usage. These personnel are all college educated and will organize parents, students, administrators, and teachers to work together and make presentations on human neuroscience, how technology manipulates our physiology, and explains the dangers to human health and safety.
