Applicant must submit an application for the scholarship. In addition an essay on college goals, choice of major, what you intend to do with your education and why the scholarship is important to the applicant.
Restrictions
The only restrictions are that the applicant must be a dependent of an active member of the Forest Oaks Country Club and/or on the staff of Forest Oaks Country Club during their senior year of high school, demonstrate a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for people in the school, community, and/or world at large and be a high school graduating senior with a GPA of 3.0.
