The Hannah B Foundation was formed back in year 2002 and has always filed with a fiscal year end of July 31st. This foundation was just recently re-instated but was reinstated with a new December 31st, 2024 year end which we did not catch until just now upon this submission. Because of this new recent change we humbly ask for a forgiveness with the late filing penalty.
