How to Apply
The Foundation was incorporated on June 24, 2021. The Foundation's Form 1023, Application for Recognition of Exemption, seeking tax-exempt status was approved on February 28, 2022, to be effective June 24, 2021. Contributions by the Foundation will not be limited to preselected charitable organizations and the Foundation will accept unsolicited applications. The information regarding the application process for gifts, grants, and scholarships, the materials to be submitted, the process for review, and the conditions and reporting requirements for grant recipients, along with a copy of the Foundation's proposed Scholarship Application Form, are included in the Foundation's Form 1023 filing and the Exhibits thereto. Applicants may contact Ms Etheridge to make contribution requests.
