How to Apply The Foundation was incorporated on June 24, 2021. The Foundation's Form 1023, Application for Recognition of Exemption, seeking tax-exempt status was approved on February 28, 2022, to be effective June 24, 2021. Contributions by the Foundation will not be limited to preselected charitable organizations and the Foundation will accept unsolicited applications.
