I erroneously established REFLOWER as a 501c3 as a Private Foundation it should have been established as a 501c3Public Charity. I was ill this year and had no activity with REFLOWER. However my health is better and I would like to actively engage with RELOWER. I understand that I also need to complete a 990 EZ as well as a 8940 request for miscellaneous determination. REFLOWER will accept flower donations from grocery store florists etc and distribute them to local hospice centers and nursing homes. There are no foundation donors involved or paid employees so that is why I am seeking to reestablish REFLOWER as a 501c3 Public Charity moving forward. Thank you!
