About
The Organization attempted to file its return on May 16, 2022, but discovered that the end of the Organization's calendar year was on the records as March 31, 2022. When the Form SS-4 was filed, the Organization had intended to select a December 31, 2021 end year. After this discovery, the Organization wrote a statement of support to the IRS requesting for the end year to be changed. We have been waiting for a response. Because there has not been one, we decided to file the Form 990-PF asserting a correct December 31, 2021 end year. No activities had been conducted in the two-and-a-half weeks of the Organization's initial return year (12/17/21-12/31/21).
