GRANT APPLICANTS APPLY FOR PERIODIC OPERATING AND/OR CAPITAL FUNDING USING A PREAPPROVED APPLICATION FORM. UPON RECEIPT OF THE GRANT APPLICATION AND APPLICABLE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, THE GRANT COMMITTEE REVIEWS THE INFORMATION TO DECIDE ON THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF FUNDING NEEDED BASED ON RELEVANT FINANCIAL NEED AND OVERALL BENEFIT TO THE COMMUNITY. THE GRANT IS PAID TO RECEIVING ORGANIZATIONS UPON RECEIPT OF A SIGNED AGREEMENT STATING THAT THE FUNDING WILL BE USED AS DOCUMENTED IN THE APPLICATION. ONLY THEN, WILL THE GRANT BE AWARDED TO THE ORGANIZATION. DOCUMENTATION REGARDING THIS PROCESS IS SAVED TO OUR HARD DRIVE AND IN A CLOUD BASED DATABASE.
