This is only the second year we have filed and I mistakenly thought the deadline was July 15th. Our organization hosts one event per year and all proceeds go directly to another 501c3 organization Fisher House of Boston. If there are penalties associated with this late filing it will have to be removed from the donation to them. I hope this will be considered.
