IT KICKS! FOUNDATION PROVIDES GRANTS TO NONPROFITS THAT FOCUS ON SUPPORTING YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES. AN ORGANIZATION MUST HAVE BEEN DETERMINED TAX-EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE CODE AND RECEIVED A PERMANENT OR ADVANCE I.R.S. DETERMINATION LETTER THAT DESCRIBES THE AGENCY AS A PUBLICLY SUPPORTED CHARITY AS DEFINED IN SECTIONS 170 (B)(1)(A)(6) OR (A)(6) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A GRANT FROM THE IT KICKS! FOUNDATION. THE FOUNDATION SERVES COMMUNITIES WITHIN MASSACHUSETTS, NEW HAMPSHIRE AND MAINE. APPLICANTS MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN THIS REGION TO QUALIFY FOR ASSISTANCE.
