Restrictions
Eligibility is limited to the children and stepchildren of current and retired members of the Spokane Police Beneficial Association. Applicants must not have reached their 26th birthday by September 1st in the year of application. Applicants must be enrolled as full time students in a college, university or trade school. Students must acheive a 2.0 grade point average each quarter/semester. Applicants must submit a copy of their transcript or grade report at the end of each quarter/semester.
