-The Giritsky Family Foundation was formally dissolved on January 10, 2022, with the caveat that it timely file its final return for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2021.-The vote to dissolve was made by all officers and directors. No resolution or Nonprofit Certificate of Election to Wind Up and Dissolve was required. There are no additional amendments which have not been previously filed. Attached to the return is the Dissolution Waiver Letter received from the Attorney General's Office, as well as the Nonprofit Certificate of Dissolution filed with the Secretary of State.-There was one recipient which the Foundation distributed its final asset to:FATHER JOE'S VILLAGES3350 E. STREETSAN DIEGO, CA 92102-The asset distributed to above recipient was cash in the amount of $883, which was the foundation's only remaining asset.
