Restrictions All Alaska Natives enrolled under section 5 of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to Old Harbor Native Corporation and direct or legally adopted descendants of those original enrollees are eligible for this scholarship. OHSF has adopted as a general scholarship policy that any applicant for an educational or vocational scholarship will receive a scholarship, provided they meet the minimum stated requirements for that scholarship and that OHSF will not weight, compare, or choose between different applications for educational or vocational scholarships. Therefore, OHSF will award an Undergraduate, Graduate Studies, Vocational, One-Time Vocational, or Career/Professional Advancement Scholarship to any Member who both submits a completed application for a scholarship and meets the minimum established requirements of that scholarship (i.e. GPA, enrollment, etc.) In addition to educational and vocational scholarships, OHSF also provides grants and scholarships to Youths (Alaska Natives
