APPLICATION TO THE FOUNDATION MUST INCLUDE A DETAIL LETTER DESCRIBING THE NEED AND PURPOSE FOR THE FUNDS. A FOLLOW UP IMPACT LETTER DESCRIBING THE USE OF FUNDS WILL BE REQUIRED 60 DAYS AFTER DISTRIBUTION OR 60 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF SPONSORED EVENT IF APPLICABLE. AWARDS OVER 1 MILLION WILL BE DISTRIBUTED IN INCREMENTS OF 250,000 AND PROOF OF USE OF EACH INCREMENT IS REQUIRED.
