SEE ATTACHED A COPY OF THE ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION FILED WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND REVENUE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE FROM THE WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE. PER TREASURY REG. 1.507-3(A)(9) TRANSFEREE SHALL BE TREATED AS IF THEY WERE THE TRANSFEROR.
