THE ORGANIZATION DISSOLVED DURING 2017 FUNDING TWO SUCCESSOR ORGANIZATIONS, STARFISH EDUCATION FOUNDATION, AND TONDO FOUNDATION. THE SUCCESSOR FOUNDATIONS WERE ESTABLISHED ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFIC PHILANTHROPIC INTERESTS OF BOARD MEMBERS AS WELL AS TO ENSURE THE LEGACY OF THE FOUNDER BOTH IN FOSTERING INNOVATION IN EDUCATION AND SUPPORT HEALTHCARE AND SOCIAL WELFARE IN SOUTH EAST ASIA WILL BE CARRIED ON EFFECTIVELY BY THE SUCCESSOR FOUNDATIONS. SEE ATTACHED A COPY OF THE ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION FILED WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND REVENUE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE FROM THE WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE. PER TREASURY REG. 1.507-3(A)(9) TRANSFEREE SHALL BE TREATED AS IF THEY WERE THE TRANSFEROR.
