The decision to dissolve was approved by the board of directors and or voting members in accordance with the organizations governing documents and Oregon state law. All financial obligations have been satisfied and any remaining assets were distributed in accordance with IRS Section 501c3 regulations and the foundations stated exempt purposes. The final Form 990-PF is being filed to report all financial activity through the date of dissolution. The organization has closed all bank accounts and ceased operations and no further activities will be conducted under the foundations name.
