During 2024, the Trustees decided to dissolve The Endurance Fund ("the Fund") and distribute all its assets to:Marin Community Foundation5 Hamilton Landing, Suite 200Novato, CA 94249andVanguard Charitable Endowment ProgramPO Box 9509Warwick, RI 02889 On November 1, 2024, the Fund donated its interest in Park West Partners, Limited to Marin Community Foundation. The fair market value of the investment on the date of contribution was $3,335,743. On November 11, 2024, the Fund donated $2,631,590 to Vanguard Charitable Endowment Program. The Fund intends to make a final distribution of approximately $26,000 to Vanguard once all the Fund's current operating liabilities have been paid.The Fund's plan to dissolve was approved by the California Attorney General on October 18,2024. A copy of this letter is attached.The Fund's final dissolution plan was submitted to the California Attorney General on December 19, 2024. A copy of this letter is also attached.
