Also attached is the Attorney General's acknowledgement of the dissolution notice.During the 2021 year the entity sold its investment in Cisco stock so that the only asset remaining was cash, which it used to pay all outstanding liabilities and make a final grant with the remaining cash balance on November 29, 2021. A copy of the letter accompanying the final grant is attached.At the end of the accounitng period there were no assets remaining and not outstanding liabilities.
