How to Apply
There is no specific form for grant submission. A letter to Galen Workman is sufficient, additional information if needed may be requested from the applicant. Scholarship application forms are mailed in early February in response to letters of inquiry received by Board members at the above address. Scholarships are awarded during the summer, 50% of the award is disbursed in August and the remaining 50% is made at the end of the year, contingent on evidence of satisfactory educational progress.
Restrictions
Grants are restricted to non-profit organizations engaged in fostering religion, learning and charity to the poor. Scholarships are restricted to graduate level students training for work in the helping professions.
