IF REQUESTING PROJECT FUNDING INCLUDE PROJECT GOALS, LEADERSHIP AND DURATION.
Restrictions GENERALLY PUBLIC CHARITIES DESCRIBED IN IRC 501(C)(3) OR PUBLIC AGENCIES, WITHIN CALIFORNIA ARE FUNDED.
