IT HAS SUBSTANTIALLY DISTRIBUTED ITS ASSETS TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS EXEMPT FROM TAXES UNDER IRC SECTION 501(C)(3) THAT ARE CLASSIFIED AS PUBLIC CHARITIES UNDER SECTION 509(A)(1). THE AMOUNTS TRANSFERRED AS A CHARITABLE GIFT ARE INCLUDED IN THE GRANTS PAID IN PART XV, LINE 3A OF THIS FORM 990-PF AND ALSO INCLUDED AS QUALIFYING DISTRIBUTIONS UNDER IRC SECTION 4942(G).
