APPLICANTS WHO RECEIVE A FAVORABLE RESPONSE TO THEIR INITIAL INQUIRY WILL BE INVITED TO SUBMIT A FORMAL PROPOSAL WITH SUPPORTING MATERIALS. WE ENCOURAGE APPLICANTS WHO HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING THE APPROPRIATENESS OF A PROJECT TO CONTACT THE FOUNDATION DIRECTLY.

WHETHER THE MISSION AND PROGRAMS OF THE GRANTEE ORGANIZATION ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION. 2. THE QUALITY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROGRAMS PROVIDED BY THE GRANTEE ORGANIZATION 3. THE EXISTENCE AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE GRANTEE ORGANIZATION'S ACCOUNTABILITY; 4. ALTHOUGH THE EXISTENCE OF FAITH BASED PROGRAMS ARE NOT A CRITERIA, THE EXISTENCE OF FAITH-BASED PROGRAMS OF A GRANTEE ORGANIZATION WILL BE A FAVORABLE FACTOR.
