Bastrop Cats Anonymous TNR Society (Bastrop CATS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of community cats in Bastrop, Texas. We are a small boots on the ground, 100% volunteer- based organization. We focus our efforts on making the largest impact in our community through promoting and facilitating a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Program. Sterilizing community cats improves the lives of these community cats by preventing breeding. We provide resources to the community to manage community cat populations humanely and effectively. Bastrop CATS believes that all animals deserve respect and compassion. We believe that our community will join us in taking action to improve the lives of community cats and effect positive outcomes. Bastrop CATS will provide education and resources to facilitate effective Trap-Neuter-Return as the most humane method of community cat management.
