THE MITCHELL CHANG FOUNDATION HONORS THE MEMORY OF THE SON OF APRIL CHANG AND DR. KUANG-YU CHANG, WHO DIED AT AGE THREE. THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO BENEFIT COMMNUNITY FAMILIES IN MITCHELL'S HONOR.

Forward Communities supports communities where all residents can live affordably and with dignity. We do so principally by educating the next generation of homebuyers with essential financial literacy and developing alternative financial solutions that enable low-moderate income households to afford more home in a responsible way.

We provide affordable, quality child care and early education for children of parents who are working and/or going to school. Our non-profit status allows us to offer our services continued on Schedule O, Statement 1
