DIAMOND DACHSHUND RESCUE OF TEXAS' PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO REHABILITATE AND FIND HOMES FOR ABANDONED AND ABUSED DOGS. ITS OPERATIONS ARE BASED IN SAN ANTONIO, TX AND IT PLACES DOGS THROUGHOUT CENTRAL TEXAS. NON-MEASURABLE ACHIEVEMENTS INCLUDE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC TO PREVENT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS AND ENCOURAGING SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAMS

To provide Honor Chair memorials to agencies or families of First Responders killed in the line of duty. These memorials are custom built, delivered and presented to the agencies at no cost to the agencies.

THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO MAINTAIN CURRENT TOBIN LEASE MAPS AND SUB-SURFACE GEOLOGICAL DATA FOR USE IN THE EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOUTH TEXAS OIL AND GAS RESERVES. ACCESS TO THE LIBRARY'S REFERENCE MATERIALS AND SUB-SURFACE WELL DATA IS GRANTED TO THE LIBRARY'S MEMBERSHIP, LOCAL UNIVERSITY GEOLOGY STUDENTS, AND DAY RATE USERS.
