B.I.G. LOVE CANCER CARE WAS ESTABLISHED IN FEBRUARY OF 2007 IN MEMORY OF BROOKE A PHILLIPS WITH ONE PREIMARY FOCUS-EASING THE CHILDHOOD CANCER JOURNY. OUR CORE MISSION IS TO MEET THE MOST BASIC AND URGENT PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND FINANCIAL NEEDS OF PEDIATIC ONCOLOGY AND HEMATOLOGY PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

THE MISSION OF COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOLS OF BRAZORIA COUNTY, INC. (CIS) IS TO EMPOWER STUDENTS TO STAY IN SCHOOL AND ACHIEVE IN LIFE.

WE FULFILL OUR MISSION OF PROTECTING BIRDS AND THEIR HABITATS BY USING SOUND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, LAND PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH.

EMERGENCY SERVICES IN SPECIFIED AREA OF BRAZORIA COUNTY, TEXAS. CURRENTLY DISPATCHING THREE AMBULANCES WITH RELATED PERSONNEL. THE ORGANIZATION ANNUALLY PROVIDES CARE TO MORE THAN 1000 PATIENTS IN AN APPROXIMATE 450 SQUARE MILE AREA OF WESTERN BRAZORIA COUNTY.

TO ENGAGE, EDUCATE, AND EMPOWER COMMUNITIES OF ADULT LEARNERS BY ADVANCING LITERACY SKILLS AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO ACHIEVE A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE.

1) To promote the safety, well-being, and health of horses. 2) To encourage education concerning the physical and mental health of horses. 3) To utilize horses in the growth and mental health of humans, either adult or children, through education, demonstration, and connection. 4) To study, promote, and enhance the proper training of horses through positive training techniques. 5) To provide a home for those horses who are no longer able to be productive. 6) To return to health, if possible, those owned horses that are deemed sick or injured.

SOCIAL, NUTRITIONAL, AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY

To provide support, education and service advocacy for families and individuals affected by mental illness. Eliminating the stigma of mental illness is the primary goal for NAMI Gulf Coast. The hope is that one day mental illness will be treated with the same compassion and understanding as any other illness.

SUPPORT THROUGH THE PROCESS OF SECURING GRANTS,PROVIDING VOLUNTEERS, AND MATERIAL SUPPORT FOR THE TEXAS MID-COAST NATIONAL WILDLIFE COMPLEX OF THE U.S.FISH AND WILDLIFE SYSTEM

Our mission is to promote fairness in healthcare access, support, and information to meet our community’s cultural, linguistic, and economic needs. In 1997, we committed to removing the obstacles—like lack of insurance, transportation, and misinformation, that prevent families from getting the quality care they deserve while educating individuals to make informed health decisions and achieve optimal health outcomes, no matter their background or circumstances. We listen to the community and respond with respect and care. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can pursue a healthy lifestyle with education and navigation from our Promotores and Community Health Workers. Our mission is to end Veteran homelessness in Texas and throughout America by providing shelter, transitional living, counseling, case management, job training and job placement.

We envision a mentally healthy transformed community. Our purpose is to inspire hope, while advancing mental health and wellness through faith-based counseling, education and prevention services. Significant Activities: Evidence-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy services to children, youth, families and groups prevention programs for strengthening mental health and wellness. The board does oversee compensation.
