Provide safe shelter and comprehensive resident and non-resident services through advocacy, referrals and education to support and empower victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault.

THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO ASSESS THE HEALTH AND HUMAN NEEDS IN BROWN COUNTY, TEXAS AND RAISE AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDS TO BEST SERVE THOSE NEEDS.

PREPARE AND DELIVER HOT MEALS TO THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED 5 DAYS A WEEK.

The Museum is open 3 to 4 days a week providing tours and educational experiences for attendees of all ages.

To promote the Arts in the community by providing arts education opportunities (served 300+) through 2 organizations, hosted a Cinco de Mayo community event (10,000+ attendance), supported a county-wide art exhibition with multiple educational opportunities for all ages (3,500+ attendance).

Brownwood Art Association is organized for charitable and educational purposes and to enrich the local community through visual art and activities promoting artistic and creative endeavors of all kinds.

TO PROTECT & PRESERVE LIFE & PROPERTY

Texas Ramp Project builds wheelchair ramps for elderly and disabled persons who are in financial need. This gives them the freedom to enter and exit their homes independently. Texas Ramp Project does this by initiating and supporting regional groups who construct ramps using volunteer builders. ramps are built without regard to race religion ethnicity age or gender. Our vision is that no Texas resident shall lack safe access to and from his or her home because of financial limitations.

HARVEST FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES EXIST TO PROVIDE THE NURTURING ENVIRONMENT DISPLACED CHILDREN NEED TO FEEL SAFE AND TO THRIVE THROUGH VARIOUS PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATIONS SUCH AS HAVEST HOUSE, CLERGY IN COURT FOR KIDS, STAND SUNDAY, SHOP WITH A COP AND OUR FIRST AND FOREMOST, FOSTER/ADOPT PROGRAM.

TO ENCOURAGE THE PARTICIPATION IN AGRICULTURE BY THE YOUTH OF BROWN COUNTY, TEXAS, THROUGH THE BREEDING, RAISING, AND EXHIBITION OF VARIOUS TYPES OF FARM AND RANCH ANIMALS; TO CONDUCT A FAIR TO ALLOW YOUNG PEOPLE TO EXHIBIT THEIR STOCK AND COMPETE FOR AWARDS; TO ENCOURAGE THE YOUTH OF BROWN COUNTY, TEXAS, IN THE LEARNING OF SKILLS USED IN ARTS AND CRAFTS, CLOTHING CONSTRUCTION, FOOD PREPARATION, AND TO ALLOW YOUNG PEOPLE TO EXHIBIT THOSE PROJECTS AND COMPETE FOR AWARDS AT THE FAIR; AND TO PARTICIPATE IN AND ENGAGE IN SUCH PUBLIC ATTRACTIONS AND EVENTS AS SHALL BE NECESSARY TO ENSURE THE CONTINUED SUCCESS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
