FOREFRONT LIVING HOSPICE, AS A MEMBER OF THE FOREFRONT LIVING FAMILY OF ORGANIZATION HAS A MISSION TO MAKE EACH MOMENT MATTER FOR THOSE IT SERVES. FOREFRONT LIVING HOSPICE PROVIDES HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE IN AN OUTPATIENT SETTING AND HAS A 36 BED INPATIENT HOSPICE FACILITY.

Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation (TPWF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization thatadvances Texas proud outdoor traditions through meaningful, high-impact programs,partnerships, and a wide range of projects that conserve and enhance our states lands, waters, and wildlife. This is accomplished through private fundraising and the strategic investment of funds to provide to Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and other conservation partners that are doing research, outreach and on-the-ground conservation. Our vision is for all Texans to have access to the wild things and wild places in our state, both now and for generations to come.

We empower families in crisis to break the cycle of poverty. For 39 years, Interfaith Family Services has helped families work their way out of poverty by eliminating barriers to success, equipping parents with skills, and educating children. Our program, designed for both homeless families and those at-risk for homelessness, is designed to achieve five key goals. For parents, our focus is (1) sufficient income, (2) stable housing, (3) a savings safety-net, and (4) a self-care practice. For their children, it is simply (5) success in school. We exclusively target working poor families because they are the least likely to qualify for temporary assistance but the most likely to achieve long-term self-sufficiency when support is available. We serve 250 homeless and working poor families annually through our transitional housing program and rental assistance program to help families avoid homelessness.

ADVOCATES FOR COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION (ACT) EQUIPS UNDERSERVED RESIDENTS TO FIGHT CRIME ON THEIR STREETS USING THE JUSTICE SYSTEM BY WORKING COLLABORATIVELY WITH PARTNERS TO MAKE SAFETY A REALITY FOR EVERYONE.
