WE FOUNDED CHILDREN'S VOICE OF NORTH TEXAS IN 2013 TO HELP PARENTS JUST LIKE USPARENTS WHO WANT THEIR CHILD WHO IS HEARING IMPAIRED TO COMMUNICATE THROUGH LISTENING AND SPEAKING. WHEN OUR DAUGHTER WAS BORN WITH SEVERE- TO-PROFOUND HEARING LOSS, WE WERE UNSURE WHAT TO DO AND SPENT THE FIRST SIX WEEKS TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY SHE FAILED HER NEWBORN HEARING SCREENING AND WHAT IT MEANT. WHEN WE WERE TOLD THAT OUR NEWBORN WAS DEAF (AND THAT IT WASN'T JUST FLUID CAUSING A TEMPORARY HEARING LOSS), OUR MINDS RACED WONDERING WHAT TO DO, WHERE TO GO AND WHO TO TRUST WITH THE DECISIONS THAT LAY BEFORE US AS PARENTS AND FOR OUR CHILDS FUTURE. AFTER LEARNING ABOUT DIFFERENT OPTIONS AND TECHNOLOGIES, WE CHOSE THE AUDITORY-VERBAL PATH FOR SPEECH AND LANGUAGE SO OUR CHILD WILL BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH EVERYONE. OUR DAUGHTER WAS INITIALLY FITTED WITH HEARING AIDS WHEN SHE WAS FOUR MONTHS OLD, HAD COCHLEAR IMPLANT SURGERY AT ONE-YEAR OF AGE AND IS PREPARING TO ATTEND KINDERGARTEN IN A MAINSTREAM CLASSR

STAND TOGETHER AGAINST RACISM AND RADICALISM IN THE SERVICES, INC. (STARRS) WILL RESEARCH AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT RACISM AND RADICALISM IN THE MILITARY SERVICES, INCLUDING PUBLISHING ARTICLES AND GIVING INTERVIEWS IN NEWS MEDIA AND ON THE STARRS WEBSITE, AND MEETING WITH AND EDUCATING EDUCATORS, APPOINTED AND ELECTED MILITARY OFFICIALS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO SET AND OVERSEE POLICIES TO EDUCATE THEM ABOUT RACISM AND RADICALISM IN THE MILITARY.

Keeper of The Game Foundation serves those with special needs and disabilities. We provide many opportunities involving baseball and softball activities, such as putting baseball/softball clinics for those with cognitive and physical disabilities, and taking special needs school classes and special needs families to baseball games. We provide annual scholarship money to St Timothy's Christian Academy, a private special needs school. We also create service opportunities for baseball and softball players and teams. We have student athletes and professional athletes volunteer during our clinics. We also put on the largest food drive in Frisco, Texas having Frisco high school teams compete to see who can collect the most donations for Frisco Family Services Food Market.
