Texoma Regional Foundation (The Foundation) was founded in 2013 exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future tax code, working to improve the quality of life for citizens of the Texoma Regional (Cooke, Fannin, Grayson Counties) through an assortment of activities: - connecting and networking interested agencies, programs, and grassroots organizations to form collaborative partnerships that will work together to expand and enhance projects and activities to improve the quality of life of residents of the Texoma Region. - advocating for programs and improve funding for community services within the Texoma Region. - implementing, growing, and sustaining a variety of programs that will address the community needs of the Texoma Region.

Said corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code and herein stated as follows: The purposes for which the Corporation is organized is to unify churches, service providers and the City of Denison in an effort to address and support the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs of those suffering homelessness with love and compassion. The Corporation intends to work in partnership with other social service organizations and churches, embrace and coordinate with Denison's revitalization plan and growth, respect diversity, individual needs, beliefs and values, be fiscally responsible to our donors, involve volunteers in fulfilling our vision, and base our activities on the foundations of Biblical teachin
