The Houston Brass Band has established itself as one of the premier brass groups in Houston, Texas. Our mission is to: Broadly share the unique British brass band style and sound, Provide our audience with inspiring, engaging, and entertaining performances of the highest musical and artistic quality, Educate and inspire young musicians through outreach programs and performance opportunities, and Support diversity and inclusiveness in music and the arts.

SUPPORT CONDIT ELEMENTARY EDUCATION BY PROMOTING THE COOPERATION OF FAMILIES AND SCHOOL TO ENHANCE EDUCATIONAL AND EXTRACURRICULAR EXPERIENCES THROUGH VOLUNTEER, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND GOODWILL.

The purpose of the organization is to promote and provide social and cultural opportunities for Vanguard students, to improve the school environment, Help Students and teachers with various resources so that best educational experience can be provided

TO MAKE VETERINARY CARE AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE

Bird Endowment's mission is to save the critically endangered Blue-throated Macaw from extinction in its native range in Bolivia. Habitat destruction has contributed to a steep decline in the wild population of Blue-throated Macaws. In 2007, our Nido Adoptivo supplemental nest box project began with the Bolivian NGO Asociación Armonía. At that time, only 100 - 150 Blue-throated Macaws remained in the wild with numbers declining. To date, 128 Blue-throated Macaw chicks have fledged from our nest boxes. With current wild population estimates of 420 - 480, this number of fledges is significant, about 25% of the population and increasing. In 2018, the Laney Rickman Reserve was established which protects 6,000 acres of Blue-throated Macaw breeding grounds. Our Habitat Restoration Project commenced in 2022 to restore the reserve's habitat to its most natural state possible. By saving the Blue-throated Macaw, all species in the ecosystem have safe haven to thrive.

For example, hands-on STEM workshops & skill building sessions, robotics, coding, research & development, data analysis, computer technology, programming, career/workforce development skills, leadHERship and oral, written and presentation skills.
