TO OPERATE AS A CLEARING HOUSE FOR AREA CHURCHES AND ORGANIZATIONS TO SERVE THE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE OF OUR AREA WITH EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE AND PROGRAMS TO EMPOWER AND ENCOURGE THEM TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT.

The purposes for which the Corporation is organized and to be operated are exclusively religious, charitable, scientific, and/or educational within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and future corresponding revenue laws of the United States (the "Code"). In accomplishment of such purposes, the Corporation will perform such other functions as may be necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purposes of the Corporation.

The See A Need-Meet A Need Foundation is created to provide creative individuals regardless of their age race or socioeconomic background the space tools mentorship and platform needed to develop their craft and introduce their talent to the community.
