TALENT YIELD COALITION IS A ONE STOP SHOP FOR SOCIAL SERVICES, EDUCATION AND RESOURCE FOR COMMUNITIES IN EAST HARRIS AND CHAMBERS COUNTIES. TYCI COLLABORATES WITH SOCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS, CHURCHES, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, CITY, COUNTY, COLLEGES AND STATE AGENCIES TO MAXIMIZE UTILIZATION OF RESOURCES FOR BETTER OUTCOMES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES SERVED. THIS COLLABORATION IS USED TO PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND ADVOCACY TO THE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN NEED OF EMPLOYMENT, RENT ASSISTANCE, FOOD STAMPS, MEDICAL NEEDS, MENTAL HEALTH CARE, TRANSPORTATION, GED PREPARATION, VETERANS OR SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS, HOME REPAIRS AND ELDER CARE ASSISTANCE.

To perpetuate the works of William S. Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan to all the people by presenting, once a year in July, one of their comic operettas. Award voice and technical theater scholarships.

PROMOTING HUMANE TREATMENT OF DOGS, PROVIDING OUTREACH AND SUPPORT FOR ANIMALS, LOW INCOME OWNERS AND RESCUE ORGANIZATIONS - TRANSPORATION, MEDICAL CARE,FOOD, SHELTER ETC. PROVIDING HUMANE CARE AND VETERINARY TREATMENT FOR DOGS AND ON OCCASION OTHER FARM OR COMPANION ANIMALS NEEDING PROTECTION.

Oaks of Righteousness provides a faith-based recovery program to female ex-offenders who desire to change their lives and become productive members of society. It is a structured Christ-centered 9 to 24 month program where the women live as a community in a home environment. New residents are provided clothes shoes and hygiene and given assistance with ID and other needed documents. The program includes church bible studies 12 steps counseling anger management relapse prevention life skills boundaries exercise community service and G.E.D tutoring as needed. After the 5th month residents attend a job readiness program. Once employment is achieved residents move on to Phase 2 which includes one on one work with a budget and credit repair counselor. Women who successfully complete Phases 1 and 2 may choose to move to Phase 3 to continue their education and skills training. The Oaks of Righteousness employs three full-time staff and contracts with a licensed counselor.

CNC's mission is to provide safe housing, mentoring, family reunification, and employment assistance to men released from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice TDCJ facilities, with the goal of giving them the opportunity to become productive citizens in a new, and much better, way of life.
