HOPE Clinic is a full-time Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), serving over 20,000 unique patients with over 100,000 patient visits per year. HOPE Clinic provides health care services to all people, regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. In particular, HOPE Clinic serves the uninsured, under-insured, those with limited English proficiency, and low-income patients.

BRIDGEYEAR CONNECTS UNDERSERVED YOUTH TO CAREERS AND EDUCATIONAL PATHWAYS THAT PROVIDE ECONOMIC STABILITY AND INDEPENDENCE.

The Children's Assessment Center Foundation (CACF), in collaboration with Harris County, provides therapy and psychological services, forensic services, sexual assault examinations, family advocacy, community outreach, and training.

Urban Harvest encourages community, good nutrition, and sustainability through the education and support of organic gardening. Urban Harvest's vision is a healthier city where everyone has access to locally grown, nutritious food harvested from sustainable community gardens and farms.

CIS-BAY AREA INC'S PURPOSE IS TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF STUDENT DROPOUTS AND NEGATIVE BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS IN THE CLASSROOM. THIS PURPOSE IS ACCOMPLISHED BY PROVIDING A VARIETY OF SUPPORT SERVICES TO "AT RISK" STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WHICH REDUCE NEGATIVE INFLUENCES AND ENHANCE POSITIVE INFLUENCES.
